FOUNDER<\/strong><\/h6>\nWas born in Mar del Plata, Argentina in a christian home. Their plans as a teenager was to be a doctor neurosurgeon, but God called him to the ministry and, in 1972, when he was only 17 years old he was the Youth Pastor of the largest church of the Assemblies of God in the Federal Capital Federal, in Argentina. Since then he served the Lord with his girlfriend Mar\u00eda Eugenia with whom he then married.<\/p>\n
In 1975, next to his wife, Dr. Maria Eugenia Martinez developed the pastoral task and within the vision that God gave them, planted and pastorearon several churches.<\/p>\n
He was an educator and international speaker, dedicated to the training of pastors and workers of Latin america.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\nAmong its multiple functions, it was\u00a0The National president of the Assemblies of God in Argentina.<\/strong>\u00a0It was also\u00a0Representative of evangelical christian churches before the Argentine Government<\/strong>\u00a0and he occupied several positions, representative of the christian people, at the national level.<\/p>\nHe excelled as a professor and director of several institutions: Instituto Biblico Rio de la Plata of the Assemblies of God; Institute of Overcoming Ministerial; Service of Christian Education for Latin America of the Assemblies of God.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\nWas\u00a0The Founder president of the Institute of Theological Education by Extension\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>in Argentina.\u00a0Co-founder of the educational Program MOD.E.WHAT of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0in California, USA.<\/p>\nWith his wife, Dr. Maria Eugenia, he founded the Hope International Seminary of Theology in the united States<\/strong>with experience in distance education programs since 1989 and was\u00a0President of World Hope Ministry.<\/strong><\/p>\nHe wrote the book \u201cPastoral Theology: how to be an approved worker\u201d (published by Editorial Life) and with his wife, wrote all the books in the Hope International Seminary of Theology corresponding to the level of a Bachelor's degree.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\nOn August 29, 2010, at the age of 56 he went off to the presence of the Lord. As an educator, pastor, and spiritual father to many,\u00a0leave footprints all over place<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0where the Lord allowed him to minister to.<\/p>\nHis wife, Dr. Maria Eugenia Martinez and her children continue to work in the ministry.<\/p>\n

Dr. Maria Eugenia Martinez<\/strong><\/p>\nFOUNDING PRESIDENT<\/strong><\/h6>\nHe was born in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Coming from a roman catholic home, I accept Jesus as Savior and Lord when I was ten years old and at thirteen, God called her to the ministry full-time.<\/p>\n
It started in the leadership of the youth ministry in 1972 and in 1975 with her husband, Dr. Hugo A. Mart\u00ednez began the pastoral task. Founded and pastorearon several churches, and is currently the senior Pastor of the Christian Center of Hope in California and its daughter churches.<\/p>\n
Has developed a\u00a0Ministry of preaching and conferences at the international level, especially focused on women, the family in general and the pastoral family.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\nWas\u00a0Representative in Argentina of the Faculty of Theology<\/strong> of the Assemblies of God for Latin America, teacher of the Bible Institute Rio de la Plata<\/strong>\u00a0 and several bible institutes in Argentina since 1980, he held other positions in ministerial at the local level and in different areas of christian education.<\/p>\nHe was National Secretary of MACEA (Argentine Women Christian Action) and Secretary of the Committee of Ladies of the Russian Federation Alliance of Evangelical Churches of the Republic of Argentina (FACIERA)<\/p>\n
In 1989 in Argentina, was\u00a0Co-Founder of the Institute of Theological Education by Extension (IETE) and Director of the Academic, Administrative and International. The Institute has enrolled more than 30,000 students in several countries of Latin America, forming pastors and workers in the different churches. <\/strong>.<\/p>\nIs Co-founder of the program MODEL<\/strong>. (Module of Training for Lay people and Workers) educational program of the District's Southwest Hispanic International Church of the Foursquare Gospel.<\/p>\nWith experience in distance education programs since 1989, he founded, together with her husband Dr. Hugo Martinez, the\u00a0Hope International Seminary of Theology\u00a0<\/strong>in California, the united States and is currently its President.<\/p>\nDr. Maria Eugenia Martinez, is President of World Hope Ministry Inc.\/Global Ministry Hope<\/strong>, a ministry he founded, together with Dr. Hugo A. Martinez.<\/p>\nShe is the author of the books: \u201cLights in the World\u201d and \u201cThe Christian Family: supreme work of God\u201d, published by Editorial Life, and \u201cchristian values to our children.\u201d For MOD.E.WHAT. she is the author of \u201cOutline of the New Testament\u201d. And to Hope International Seminary of Theology is the co-author of the books that are used in this seminar.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\nGraduated as a Teacher of Elementary Education in Argentina in the year 1976; she graduated at the Bible Institute Rio de la Plata, Argentina in 1987, graduated in Bachelor's degree in Theology in the USA in 1989 and received his Doctorate in Divinity in the USA in the year 2005.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\nTheir three daughters, Anal\u00eda, Marcela and Vivian, to serve the Lord in the ministry.<\/p>\n

Historia\u00a0de SITE<\/span><\/h3>\nEvery story has a beginning; all a dream an illusion; the entire project is a goal. Many times the dreams and visions of God take years to be finalised. In the decade of the years \u201880 Dr. Hugo A. Mart\u00ednez, being the leader of Christian Education at the national level in its country of origin, Argentina, and Latin America and being involved in all levels of preparation of workers and pastors, felt it in his heart to meet the need of: the preparation of workers and pastors who could not, for various reasons, attend a bible institute conventional; either inpatient or outpatient.<\/strong><\/p>\nWhile studying Science Education at the university, in the year 1974, Dr. Hugo A. Martinez had done a research paper on Distance Education at the global level. In this study inquired about the Educational Programs at a Distance of the University of Barcelona, Spain; this created in him a great interest in putting these programs in the service of the work of God.<\/p>\n
So by joining the knowledge to the existing need in the work of the Lord, Dr. Hugo A. Martinez with his wife, Dr. Mar\u00eda Eugenia Mart\u00ednez, also prepared in level education secular, in 1989, founded the Institute of Theological Education by Extension, a distance programme in Argentina, which enrolled up to the present, more than 30,000 students.<\/p>\n
This same program of studies modernized to meet the need of the 21st Century was founded by drs.
